ABL MAINTENANCE

ABL COMMERCIAL YOUTH FITNESS EQUIPMENT IS MANUFACTURED IN THE USA, DESIGNED FOR HIGH TRAFFIC ENVIRONMENTS, AND HAS MET DURABILITY & SAFETY STANDARDS FOR USE IN COMMERCIAL SETTINGS. We highly recommend our customers use the following preventative maintenance checklist to ensure your youth equipment is maintained for optimal usage. For group settings, we recommend introducing the children to the proper equipment use, rules and maintenance as well. This encourages the child to value and take pride in their new equipment as their own. Thank you for being a valued customer and supporting our mission!

To submit a service request, please email the following information to service@kidsfit.com. Upon receipt, a service team member will be in touch within 24 hours to diagnose and provide a solution. SERVICE FORM
  • Date of Purchase or PO# or Invoice# 
  • A detailed description of the issue (including a picture of the unit)
  • Complete shipping address


ABL WARRANTY

For direct through manufacturer customers, orders include 10 year frame, 5 year bearings, and 2 year moving parts. For warranty claims, please contact service@kidsfit.com to request a repair or replacement part. Have your order number readily available. 

DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING

Any damages as a result of shipping mishandling must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be covered under warranty. Any damages reported after 3 days will not be covered under the warranty and the customer will have to purchase the needed parts. 

ABL RETURNS

  • Request for returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 20% restock fee required for mfg. returns. 
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
  • We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact service@kidsfit.com and have your order number readily available
