For direct through manufacturer customers, orders include 10 year extended warranty, 5 year bearings, and 2 year moving parts. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support department to request a repair or replacement part. Have your order number readily available.

- Request for returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 20% restock fee required for mfg returns.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
