WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR CUSTOMERS USE THE FOLLOWING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST TO ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE MAINTAINED AT OPTIMAL QUALITY LEVELS. FOR GROUP SETTINGS, WE RECOMMEND INTRODUCING THE CHILDREN TO THE PROPER EQUIPMENT USE, RULES, AND MAINTENANCE AS WELL - THIS ENCOURAGES THE CHILD TO VALUE AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR EQUIPMENT AS THEIR OWN. ABL Warranty:

For direct through manufacturer customers, orders include 10 year extended warranty, 5 year bearings, and 2 year moving parts. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support department to request a repair or replacement part.  Have your order number readily available. 

ABL Returns & Exchanges:
  • Request for returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 20% restock fee required for mfg returns. 
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
  • We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged.  Please contact our customer support department and have your order number readily available
